Women Entrepreneurship Development Project - Sewing and Tailoring

On 15th April 2016, Brendan Mulcahy, My Small Help, Nepal representative, Raju Maharjan visited "Sewing and Tailoring" project in Bardiya. Brendan Mulcahy helped to find the donor to fund the Project. Currently 25 Tharu girls from different community were given the training.  

While overseeing the project, the trainer and coordinators greeted them with flowers and thanked for giving this opportunity. The trainers presented a "Token of Love" for Tim and Khalifa which was handed to Brendan. 

Brendan and Raju also visited trainers houses to meet the family and see their situation. 

Renovation of Maiti's living room

Maiti, Sunita and Sushmita lives in a poorly small room. The room looks dirty and everything is mess. My Small Help tried to find a better room for the family but we could not find the right room. So we decided to renovate the room with new color, bed, kitchen and proper lights. As a first step, we have color the room and places the mat on the floor. Soon bed and proper kitchen will be made for the family. We will keep up the updates. 

My Small Help, Nepal has been supporting Sunita from 2007 and she is now in grade 11. Sushmita from 2013 and she will now be upgraded to grade 7. Maiti needs a wheelchair to walk and we have been supporting her in terms of food, rent and clothing from 2015.

SLC APPEARING CHILDREN FROM MY SMALL HELP - 2016 (SAROJ THAPA)

My Small Help has been supporting Saroj from 2012. He is in 10th Grade and will be attending for SLC (School Leaving Certificate) Exam which is going to be held around 1st week of April 2016. This is the final year of his schooling.
We would like to wish him all the best for his SLC exam. We will keep supporting him in coming days to peruse his dream.

My Small Help has been supporting Hanna from 2007. She is in 10th Grade and will be attending for SLC (School Leaving Certificate) Exam which is going to be held around 1st week of April 2016. This is the final year of her schooling.

From the early childhood, Supriya was struggling for life because of her family's bad situation. She was brought to Marybert Orphanage in 2005.
